Children’s theatre tours coming to Bristol primary schools

Calling all local teachers, headteachers, governors and PTAs! Did you know Bristol Old Vic Theatre School can pay a visit to your primary school this autumn? We’re touring two fantastic children’s shows throughout November, to primary schools in Bristol and North Somerset, and we’d love to see your school on the list.

Delight your class with a visit from our students who will perform a magical play full of song, dance, familiar characters and new adventures written and directed by Liz Felton. Hurry – slots are filling up quickly!

LITTLE WREN & THE AUTUMN MOON

There’s trouble in Little Wren’s neighbourhood. The autumn leaves are changing colour but the forest is in danger and a full moon is on its way. Join us in a magical Leigh Woods, as you’ve never seen it before, for a new fairy-tale about how we care for our world. There’ll be live music, puppetry, martial arts mayhem and a whole ton of autumn leaves in this brand-new story for children of all ages.

JACK FROST & THE WINTER FREEZE

The snow in Leigh Woods is deep and the animals are hibernating – or at least they should be! Jack’s frost is building and if we’re not careful, winter will take over forever. Can you help us to save the magical forest? Expect music, mischief, puppetry and song in this festive family tale.
