Austin Milne

Austin is Director of Business Improvement and Change at national law firm DAC Beachcroft, and founder of a new legaltech start-up called Shake. He has worked in and around the legal sector for over 20 years, working with law firms, legal outsourcers, barristers’ chambers and in the University of Bristol’s faculty of Social Sciences and Law.

His focus is on improving the efficiency and quality of aspects of legal service delivery through people, process and technology, and promoting a culture of exploration and continuous improvement. He cares about making process work for people, and is constantly asking ‘how can we do that better?’.
