Biography

Lydia is specialising in stage management for her final year at BOVTS. She is particularly interested in new shows, musicals & theatre for young people.

She has recently completed a placement on Tilted Wig’s tour of Around the World in Eighty Days where she covered the Assistant Stage Manager track and called the show.  She also has a professional credit as the Assistant Stage Manager on NIE’s The Snow Queen last Christmas.

Credits at BOVTS include Deputy Stage Manager on A Midsummer Night’s Dream at The Malcolm X Community Centre, Bristol.  Stage Manager on Radium Girls in The Weston Studio, Bristol Old Vic Theatre.  Stage Manager on BOVTS Showcase at The Criterion Theatre, London.  Deputy Stage Manager on Great Expectations (West Country Tour) and Assistant Stage Manager on Troilus and Cressida at The Redgrave Theatre.

She also has credits as a prop maker, Sound designer, Lighting designer, script supervisor and Camera operator.
