MFA Professional Voice Studies


Biography

Robyn is currently training on the MFA Voice studies course at BOVTS. She is a qualified Speech and Language Therapist and has worked across London for the past 10 years, specialising with children, and young people in inclusive education. She has experience in one-to-one and group work. Robyn has a keen interest in voice use in violence, transdisciplinary working and musical theatre.

Credits whilst training include: Assistant Voice coach on Tiger Country (Tobacco Factory). Upcoming projects include Voice and Dialect coach: Black Mountain (The Wardrobe), Shook (The Wardrobe).

Students developing and growing in confidence during their time here, seeing their work reaching professional standards in approach and execution; a student who intends to be a stage manager producing a wonderful sound design; a first year student making a lovely recording of a song for their recording project; tracking the careers of former students and seeing them be successful; being able to find a job opportunity for a recent graduate.
