We are seeking a commercially savvy and energetic individual, with the entrepreneurial fire to build on our legacy and shape our future.

Bristol Old Vic Theatre School needs to step in to a new era of growth and innovation; utilising a new vision and strategy that will overcome the current funding and wider Higher-Education and Arts sector challenges.

Imagine: setting the strategic direction, forging fruitful industry partnerships, building meaningful relationships with our alumni and wider industry stakeholders and developing cutting-edge training for the future of theatre, film, television, and gaming.

This is your chance to make a real impact, ensuring our commitment to “talent first” training thrives and our global influence builds on the firm foundation that exists.

We’re looking for someone with a unique set of skills:

  • You’ll need to have a proven track-record of securing funding for similar charities and organisations, across all available platforms
  • Have experience and understanding of the charity sector, with particular relevance to the arts world
  • And be knowledgeable about the higher-education landscape and challenges.
