Step into the cutting room to learn the foundations of film and video editing – starting from scratch and working up to a fully edited dialogue scene.
By the end of the day you will:
> Learn the basics of editing in theory – what editing is, where it came from and why it’s so important;
> Put that knowledge into practice by cutting both action and dialogue sequences in DaVinci Resolve (an industry standard editing and colour tool);
> Understand the crucial principles of editing that you can think about before anyone even steps on set.
