Overview

This immersive two-day course provides an introduction to the Suzuki Method, a rigorous and influential movement training technique developed by Japanese theatre director Tadashi Suzuki. Designed for actors of all levels, this course will delve into the principles and practices of the Suzuki Method, focusing on physical control, presence, and expressive power. Participants will engage in a series of dynamic exercises aimed at enhancing their physical awareness, discipline, and connection to the emotional and imaginative aspects of performance.
