Overview

This dynamic two-day course is designed for actors who want to expand their range and versatility by mastering General American. Through intensive training, practical exercises, and personalised feedback, participants will learn the fundamentals of acting in general american, enhancing their ability to embody diverse characters and broaden their casting opportunities. The course covers essential techniques for learning and performing accents, with a focus on practical application in acting scenarios.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Identify and reproduce key phonetic features of various general american.

Apply techniques to modify their speech patterns for different general american.

Use proper rhythm, stress, and intonation for the accent.

Perform convincingly in general american in various acting contexts.

Develop strategies for continuous practice and improvement of accent skills.
