BA Costume Student


Biography

Isabel is graduating from the FdA course and is intending to stay for a third year BA (Hons) top up.

During her time at BOVTS she has learnt millinery, corsetry, pattern drafting, basic tailoring, Historical costume, dye and breakdown, backstage dressing and supervision. She has taken Industry placements including The Pale Horse, workroom and on set, The Spanish Princess workroom and Bristol Costume Services workroom.

With all these techniques Isabel would like to further her skills in the different aspects of the Costume Industry focusing on costume construction on the BA top up.
