Writing a will is one of the most important things we will ever do, and including a legacy within it is one of the most powerful ways we have of ensuring that our name, our values and our passions live on after we die. Your generosity can be transformational for the organisations that you value and believe in.
Wording for your Will
Our suggested wording for your will would be:
‘I GIVE to Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Registered Charity No. 900280, a ____percentage of my estate [OR] the sum of _________. I express the wish, without creating any trust or imposing any other legally binding obligation, that my support be aligned to providing the best possible facilities and teaching [OR] supporting the lives, experiences and careers of students and graduates [OR] wherever the need is greatest.’
