Elisa Covaia

Elisa is an HR professional with a background in Education and Training. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources, specialising in Lifelong Learning, from Roma Tre University in Rome, and has lived and worked across Italy, France and the UK over the last decade.

Prior to joining Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Elisa was based in Paris, where she worked in secondary and adult education, supporting young people and adult learners throughout their development and collaborating closely with HR teams and the School Director.
She is passionate about helping people reach their potential and creating inclusive, supportive environments where individuals feel valued, empowered and able to thrive.

Outside of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Elisa enjoys reading, travelling and exploring new cultures. She also maintains an active lifestyle through triathlon, fitness and yoga, reflecting her belief in a healthy balance between body and mind.
