Jamie de Villiers

Jamie is an actor, theatre maker and teacher. He has credits at the National Theatre, Bristol Old Vic, Oxford Playhouse, Bloomsbury Festival, WestEnd Live and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. ​ His areas of teaching include Laban, Text Analysis (including Stanislavski and Uta Hagen), Viewpoints, Chorus Work and Actor’s Movement.

He is Creative Producer with Gordon Square Theatrical Consultancy, a visiting practitioner at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and a volunteer at Haringey Shed Theatre. Jamie is a proud trustee of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and is their youngest ever trustee. Jamie trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School, read English at Oxford University and holds a BA in Acting from the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. He is a Quaker, Liverpool fan and resident of Harringay in North London. Jamie is represented by Simon Beresford at 42.
