Imi Penny

Due to her past career as an immersive events coordinator and hairdresser, Imi has always had an enthusiasm for styling and design. After buying a sewing machine during lockdown to make her designs come to life, she quickly found her new hobby and events career merging as she landed a position making beautiful event decor.

Keen to expand her knowledge and skills she applied for the Costume for TV, Film & Theatre, BA at BOVTS. Since the beginning she has juggled many costume roles alongside her course including her first film in London last summer working for Colleen Atwood on a production called ‘Roses Baby’.

Her interests lie in: Design, dye & breakdown, wigs and making.
