Tom Beasley

Tom is joining the School in November 2025. Tom is moving to us from his role as CEO of Active Gloucestershire. He has a strong track record in leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement.  Tom also has experience of supporting cultural and creative arts, with insights into audience engagement and evolving trends.

As an Executive Director for Nibley Music Festival, one of the largest volunteer-led music festivals in the South of England, he has direct experience running and being accountable for arts and music events, providing a solid understanding of the associated challenges, opportunities, and risks within the creative and cultural sectors.

Tom has previously worked as a senior manager in a large further education college, gaining first-hand experience in the operational and strategic demands of educational institutions. His role as an Advisory Board Member for the UWE, University Enterprise Zone, further broadened his understanding of the higher education landscape and its connection to industry.
