Biography

Alexandra Hall is an enthusiastic Bristol and Cornwall based designer, whose work is informed by meticulous research, constructing gritty and impactful designs.

Having completed a 1st class undergrad degree in design for stage and screen at Nottingham Trent, Alexandra has developed costume and stage designs across numerous different performance spaces such as Nottingham Playhouse, Bristol Old Vic & The Station Theatre.

Keen to delve deep into precision with her costumes and always aiming to evoke strong emotions with her sets; she has a strong skill set in model making, technical drawings and is carbon literacy trained, winning her the Environmental awareness award in collaboration with Nottingham Playhouse, 2025. As well as the Stanley Picker Trust – Postgraduate Performance Design Scholarship.
