Biography

Nancy is specialising in lighting design and electrics during her final year at BOVTS. She is particularly interested in working on site specific work and in the round, with a passion for making site specific and immersive theatre more accessible.

She recently undertook a work placement at the Royal Exchange, Manchester, and has also participated in SLX’s Lighting Programme this year.

Professional credits include: 

Lighting technician, Assembly Festivals (Edinburgh Fringe); Casual Technician (Tobacco Factory Theatres); Venue Technician, Circus City (Unit 15); LX Programmer, The Starseekers (The Wardrobe Theatre); Associate Lighting & Video Designer, Dancing Queer (Trinity Centre).

BOVTS credits include: 

Lighting Designer – Into the Woods (Redgrave Theatre); Tiger Country (Tobacco Factory Theatres); How My Light is Spent (Wardrobe Theatre); No One Will Tell me How to Start a Revolution (Wardrobe Theatre); Black Mountain (Wardrobe Theatre).

Production Electrician – Jekyll & Hyde (Tobacco Factory Theatres).
