Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is a world-renowned arts and education charity. We believe that stories told through TV, theatre and film change peoples lives. Every year we empower and nurture the talents and creativity of the next generation of storytellers – over 200 of the world’s most promising students and nearly 1,000 members of our community, aged 3-93 who we meet in their school halls, at workshops here at our Bristol campus and on international online classes.
In an increasingly divided world, we help develop experts in empathy. Curious, intelligent, and good people who study the human condition, developing a deep understanding of themselves and the vibrant tapestry of people who make up our world. We’re looking for partners who also believe that the arts and creativity belong to everyone to join us in this next chapter of our story.
Why would you want to partner with us?
This is a positive and unique way for organisations to promote their businesses in Bristol whilst meeting charitable aims around supporting disadvantaged young people, education and the arts.
Corporate Social Responsibility
We select on talent alone. Last academic year 27% of our students were in receipt of full government maintenance grant (from families with a household income of under £25,000pa).
With your philanthropic support, we can do more to reach more young people from under-represented and disadvantaged communities, giving them an open door in to the creative arts world.
Hospitality
Your Staff and clients could be part of an open rehearsal, meet the cast and watch the process of designing and rehearsing a show.
For further information on how your organisation can become involved please get in touch with Faye Elvin (Head of Commercial & International).
